The Maysles Brothers and Charlotte Zwerin's direct cinema documentary Gimme Shelter follows The Rolling Stones on their 1969 US tour which ended in the disastrous Altamont Free Concert. Concert footage wash shot by a team of cameramen including Martin Scorsese and George Lucas. Lost in Criterion gets lost in the dying days of the Summer of Love and is left wanting for a reason to like the film, the band, or the era if you didn't live through it.
