People really love The Lady Eve

If Preston Sturges's The Lady Eve (1941) were an anthology in which Henry Fonda and Barbara Stanwyck where playing three different couples who fall in love, it may have made more sense, though essentially that's what happens anyway. As it stands the movie doesn't make a lot of sense, but that doesn't stop it from being entertaining. Maybe it helps.

Anyway, Pat and I talk about it on this week's Lost in Criterion.
