This week's Lost in Criterion: Le Million and the metaphorical value of Pat's underwear.

This week (or last week, since I forgot to write this post and it's now Thursday) finds us talking about an early musical comedy from a director who once said that sound film is "an unnatural creation", Rene Clair and his wonderful Le Million from 1931, a film so directly up Pat's alley that he didn't even spend this entire episode with wikipedia open in case he needed something else to talk about. Talk we did! It's a wonderful film. Give us a listen?
