"No one wants to hear your dreams. Shut up."

Wild Strawberries is a very human movie. Ingmar Bergman's 1957 study on nostalgia and guilt opens a vein and lets it bleed. How expertly does Bergman capture how real people react to situations? Well a woman pretty quickly shuts down her father-in-law when he tries to tell her about his dreams. There is nothing more real than that.
